Ingredients

  5. # 1 cup soy sauce
  6. # 1 teaspoon salt
  7. # 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  8. # 3 small onions (diced)
Instructions
  1. 1. In a casserole, boil pork in just enough water with salt, lower fire and let simmer until pork is tender.
  2. 2. Take the pork out and set aside.
  3. 3. Fry tokwa in hot oil until toasted and slice to the same size as the pork.
  4. 4. In a saucepot, mix vinegar, soy sauce, salt garlic and onions and heat for just a few minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in mixture over pork and tokwa.
  6. 6. Serve hot

Ingredients
  1. Flour
  2. 1 (2 pound) round steak
  3. 4 tablespoons melted butter
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  6. 1/2 cup diced onion
  7. 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
  8. 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
  1. Pound flour into steak with meat tenderizer or the edge of a heavy plate. Sear steak in butter; add salt and pepper. Saute onion and mushrooms.
  2. Combine onion, mushrooms, sour cream and 2 tablespoons flour. Place steak in large casserole or skillet; cover with sour cream mixture. Bake, covered, at 275 degrees F for 2 hours.
  3. Yield: 6 serving
